On premise

On premise or Popularly known as CBT (Center based exams) could be in a pro-metric center, Client location or a designated place manned by invigilator / Proctor and/or an assessor and is mainly conducted on computers which could be using LAN based environments; Directly or indirectly computer’s are connected to central servers and in some rare cases we can also use paper and pen. On premise is mode is mainly for skill-based assessments, Recruitment exams, entrance exams etc; There are cases where they can use pen and paper for On premise which can also uploaded by taking an image in to the computer program or can send these via an email. These do not have to depend on Internet per say from a user machine.

Cloud assessments

Cloud assessments are dependent on internet and a user machine has access to internet which connects to the main server. Psychometric exams, Internal exams or home test exams are all related to this segment. Corporate and education segment These are our types of client segments. When we talk about corporate (they are mostly for profit companies) some corporate clients include IFFCO, ICAI, Radiant Digital, Blue Ocean IT Solutions etc and they mostly involve summative assessments to check level of an candidate expertise in that particular area the assessment is conducted. Then are some clients which basically are from education domain which can be Sector Skill Councils, DDGYUK, various state skill missions, minority education departments, schools, colleges, universities etc. These involve summative and formative assessments as per the need. National and International segments These exams involve audience which are based in India and abroad. We have conducted exams mainly for Indian audience but there are instances where we had people from countries such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, UAE, USA and Malaysia have taken assessments.

Psychometric exams

Psychometric tests are assessment tools used to objectively measure an individual’s Curiosity, personality, aptitude, intelligence, abilities along with personality. Psychometric assessments are widely used in career guidance and employment to match a person’s abilities and personality to a suitable career or role. Recruitment exams These assessments are for Jobs which are primarily for entry level in corporate segment and Government jobs in various government departments. These are customized to client requirements which includes typing test. These have to have very precise monitoring and tracking and should be able provide various customized reports as per the need from time to time.

Formative and Summative Assessments

Formative assessments have low stakes usually used in corporate segments, LMS to test their learning skills immediately after watching a video/ reading a lesson or in schools to test their knowledge in that particular topic. The goal of summative assessment is to evaluate student learning at the end of an instructional unit by comparing it against some standard or benchmark. These could be final exams after a set time/teaching a course. These are often used in Skill courses, Universities, schools, colleges etc.

Diagnostic Assessment

Diagnostic assessments are sets of written questions (multiple choice or short answer) that assess a learner's current knowledge base or current views on a topic/issue to be studied in the course. These are used in entrance exams mainly or for a course entrance in most cases.

Blended Learning Assessments

Blended Learning Assessments This type of assessments are based on various learning patterns, which could have been vocational, class room based, collaborative learning methods (online or offline). Various Assessments can be combined as needed to get a final outcome result. We have SCORM complaint LMS based Proctored content delivery tool with in-built continuous/ formative/summative assessment to check learning outcomes. We already use this for some clients. As different people learn different things in different ways, they can take advantage of this model, the assessments can be taken on their time; system has inbuilt AI to make sure these assessments are very effective of testing a student’s learning ability, which include checking students’ attention and understanding. These types of assessments rely on technological advances, which can include virtual labs etc. Our LMS is mainly focused for entrance exam and competitive exams where there are apps built for a particular client, who gets candidates to use them as per the need.
